Revibe Housing Solutions LTD (Ohio entity no. 4314840), 33 Sexton St, Suite 5, Struthers, OH 44471, respects the privacy of property owners, business contacts, contractors and individuals who contact us. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, service requests and contractor applications. Revibe provides property preservation, maintenance, repairs and turnovers; we do not lease units, screen tenants or collect rent.
Information we collect and how we use it
We collect contact and business details, property and work-request information, and information about a contractor's services, coverage area, experience, qualifications and insurance. Additional onboarding documents (such as a W-9 and certificates of insurance) are requested through designated submission steps, not ordinary email. We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate contractor capabilities, prepare and coordinate work, communicate about service requests and keep business records. Property photographs and work documentation are limited to what the requested service needs. Our website does not use advertising or analytics trackers; our hosting provider may record standard technical information for security and operation.
Sharing, protection, retention, choices and contact
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate our systems (Google Workspace; our website host), with the property owner or client who ordered the work (work details and photographs), and as required by law. Records are kept in restricted Google Workspace storage with access limited to authorized staff; no system is completely secure. We keep records for at least seven years from the applicable start date, longer when law, contract, audit or legal hold requires; no automatic deletion.
